Courtyard Retreats

Phase II will also include the introduction of the Courtyard Retreats at Village Walk. These properties will feature two coastal cottages with a common courtyard area and an optional private swimming pool all on a larger, single lot. These plans will be available on a first-come-first-served basis and are ideally suited for larger families, multiple family ownership or corporate retreats.
